The Fairfield Partnership presents proposals to
Minister for Housing
The Fairfield Partnership presented its innovative proposals for the expansion of Elsenham to a sustainable market town to the Minster for Housing last week. The presentation was also attended by Sir Alan Haselhurst, the local MP, County and District Council Members and officers and representatives of the East of England Business Group and the Government Office for the East of England.
Steve Biart, Land Director at The Fairfield Partnership said:
"We were very pleased to be able to communicate our vision for sustainable growth at Elsenham directly to the Minister and also to Local Members. We are committed to engaging with stakeholders as our proposals evolve and will be undertaking public exhibitions later this year. Land at Elsenham provides an unparalleled opportunity to create an exemplar development to meet Uttlesford District's current and future needs."
The plans would deliver the highest quality of design supported by comprehensive new infrastructure and employment opportunities.
