Fulcrum Consulting, a leading international firm of consulting engineers specialising in environmental technologies, is advising us on the viability of low carbon technologies to support our development.


These may include:

• A district energy scheme delivering low carbon and renewable energy
   via a combined heat and power network;

• Sustainable drainage systems and high standards of water efficiency
   including rainwater harvesting and grey water recycling; and

• The promotion of low carbon and renewable energy supply technologies such as solar energy.

Waste from the construction process will be minimised and opportunities
for composting and energy regeneration from domestic waste will be fully exploited.
