Elsenham offers an unrivalled opportunity to create an exemplar sustainable development within Uttlesford District, providing much-needed new homes to meet local needs.

A sustainable new community requires a full range of facilities and infrastructure and The Fairfield Partnership is committed to delivering a new development with homes, jobs, shops, education and health provision and open spaces to meet Uttlesford’s present and future needs.

The Fairfield Partnership is working with Uttlesford District Council in consultation with local people to deliver the proposals. The Council has selected the development as its preferred option for delivering 3,000 new homes in the District. A masterplan for the site is currently being developed.
